The MDBA is a non-registry association that was created for the purpose of promoting the Dexter Cattle Breed and expanding the breeder population. Its focus is to introduce the public to quality Dexter Cattle. The MDBA association offers its members the following benefits: 1. Free For Sale ads on this website 2. Yearly Shows (which often include sales) 3. Free cattle ties at the Ozark Fall Farmfest Festival 4. Routine membership gatherings to meet and mingle with other Dexter enthusiasts. 5. Breeder listing via the website as well as being distributed at all promotional events. 6. Growing Youth Program 7. LOW Membership fees 8. MEMBERSHIP IS WELCOMED FROM ALL STATES. |

The MDBA Show and Sale was a HUGE success! Thank You to all who participated in the show and sale. It was the BIGGEST show and sale thus far. We hope to see you all again next year.

Dexters come in a variety of combinations which include; the colors; black, dun and red; they can be either horned, dehorned or polled and either short legged or long legged. Below are some examples of different types of Dexters. |

At the MDBA Show and Sale, two young ladies were awarded donated heifers via the MDBA Youth Program .
Congratulations to:
Macy Hutchinson of Highlandville, MO– She received the heifer that was donated by Ted & Vicki Anderson of Emerald Springs Farm. & Andrea (Andi) Montgomery of Everton, MO– She received the heifer that was donated by Vance & Gloria Mattson of Sac Valley Ranch.
