Conditions and Terms of use for sale animal listings On the MDBA website

1. The listing individual/farm must be a member in good standing with MDBA.
2. All animals must be ADCA registered and verified on the ADCA website. All required testing must be completed with results in possession of the owner before animals can be listed.
3. A maximum of four (4) animals shall be listed at one time from any individual/farm.
4. Animals shall only be listed for sixty (60) days on the MDBA website. If not sold within the sixty (60) days the animal(s) will be removed from the website.
5. After the sixty (60) day listing period the animals shall not be eligible for relisting for at least sixty (60) days. All information must be resubmitted to the web master after the sixty (60) day period in order to be listed again on the MDBA website. Listing of new sale animals will take precedence over relisting of any animal previously on the website.
6. When the animals are sold, it is the responsibility of the selling individual/farm to contact the webmaster to have the animals removed from the MDBA website. Your prompt attention to this detail is appreciated.
7. If an animal has tested positive for PHA and/or Chondrodysplasia, the owner of the animals shall disclose the results within the ad listing. The seller shall also disclose if the sale animal is offspring of a carrier and not tested.
8. Steers must be ADCA registered to be listed as a sale animal on the MDBA website.
9.  Individuals/Farms who have sold animals on the MDBA website are encouraged to pay the check off fee for these animals to the MDBA Treasurer.
10. The MDBA Board may change or update the above terms and conditions as deemed necessary to maintain the integrity of the website. The Board of Directors will have the final decision regarding whether any animal may or may not be listed on the MDBA website.

** The MDBA and its members are not responsible or liable for any misrepresentation, misprints, or typographical errors of sale animals on the website. The listings on the website are information that the Association has received from the seller of the animal.
